During our stay at Boutique Hotel Palais Royal, we were pleasantly surprised by the ideal location. It was right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the main sights and attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, attending to our needs with a smile. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast served at the hotel, setting a good start to our day. The internet speed was impressive, which was essential for my work-related video calls.

One drawback was that we were occasionally disturbed at night by the noise of street racers drifting outside. Despite this, the overall experience was still highly enjoyable.

The hotel had a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from some amazing sights. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and even provided us with complimentary toiletries and the option to take breakfast to-go. The room also had a balcony which was great for taking in the city views.

Communication in English was a bit of an issue, and we were asked to pay for something we didn't order. It felt like there was a bit of lack of trust towards us, which left us with an unwelcome and unfriendly impression.
